This year’s Annual Meeting and election of directors will be conducted at:

The Annual Meeting shall commence at 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 9, 2025
Please RSVP by November 18, 2025 by completing the Annual Meeting Reservation Form attached on this letter or by emailing annualmeeting@foxcredit.com.

All members are encouraged to attend. Voting by proxy is not permitted except in the case of a non-natural person member (e.g., business or a trust) in which case a natural person agent
may be designated in writing by the non- natural person member for that purpose.
A Nominating Committee has been appointed, in accordance with Fox Federal Credit Union’s bylaws governing the annual election of directors.
The members of the Nominating Committee are:
David Mendez, Vice Chairman
Melissa Nichols, Treasurer
Dawn Menzie, Secretary
The Committee is charged with nominating at least one candidate for each vacancy on Fox FCU's board of directors. For this year's Annual Meeting and Election, there are five (5) vacancies, each for a three-year term.
The Committee is charged with the responsibility of putting together a slate of candidates it believes are most qualified to serve as Fox Federal Credit Union directors.
The official ballot will include all candidates who have been nominated either by the Committee or by members from the floor at the Annual Meeting. Voting is conducted by ballot at the Annual Meeting and the results will be announced following the Fox FCU's Annual Meeting on December 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
